We will use Sound to explore areas of tension, old injuries and stories, as well as areas of ease, flexibility and pleasure. Participants will use intuitive stretching to connect with their bodies to become receptive to the insight and ideas that arise from within.
The focus of this series will be to learn how to be inspired by sound to take action to relax, restore, and focus. Each session will involve guided sound meditation, discussion, journaling, and a determination of next steps.
Available as a 6 session series for $99 or as an individual drop-in class for $20.
