The focus of this series of Sound Meditations will be to learn how to take action to relax, restore, and focus. Each session will involve guided sound meditation, discussion, journaling, and a determination of next steps.
Available as a 6 session series for $99 or as an individual drop-in class for $20.
Please bring padding/blanket/pillow to make yourself comfortable on the floor. Please also bring a journal and writing utensil.
